Traditional bakes served for Father's Day. Light Choux pastry filled with crema (custard) topped with cherries. Available Gluten and lactose free.
Bigne
Bigne' are light, airy and fluffy little treats made from choux pastry. They are traditionally filled with Italian pastry cream (crema pasticciera), and drizzled with chocolate sauce, but can also be filled with chocolate or pistacchio cream.
Sfogliatelle ricce
Sfogliatelle ricce are delicious pastries from Naples, it's by far the city best signature! They are knows as lobster tail pastry and used to be served only for the aristocratic Renaissance set in Italy. They are crunchy multi layered pastry filled with a special cream made with semolina, ricotta and orange candied peel.

Tartellette alla Frutta
Tartellette are little shortcrust pastry baskets filled with custard and seasonal summer fruits, traditionally red berries and kiwis.
Crostatine - Small Tarts
These are single portions of the Classic Crostata cake. They can be filled with any jam or chocolate spread. Please specify your preference in your order.
Prussiane
Prussiane, also known as Elephant ears, are little puff pastry bakes simply flavoured with demerara sugar and hint of cinnamon. It is not known why they are called Prussiane, however they are very common all over Italy.

Cannoli Siciliani
Cannoli is a Sicilian pastry consisting of a tube-shaped shell of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling containing ricotta cheese. It ranges in size from 9 to 20 centimetres. In mainland Italy, it is commonly known as cannolo siciliano.
Filling can be made with ricotta cheese and drops of chocolate, pistacchio or candied fruits. The inner side can also be coated with chocolate.
